The accuracy of the information on the Site is the sole responsibility of the owner or agent of the property advertised.

2. Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but Pickavilla cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors in the information supplied or any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omission.

3. It is possible that the Site could include inaccuracies or errors, and that unauthorized additions, deletions and alterations could be made to the Site by third parties. 10. Pickavilla shall be under no liability in respect of damage or otherwise sustained as result of any contractual arrangements made between the User and Advertiser or owner or their agent.

11. Descriptions of, or references to, anything within the Site, does not imply endorsement of their services or products.

12. Use of this site to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal material including that deemed threatening or obscene, or engage in any kind of illegal activity is expressly prohibited.
