There is an open plan family room with 27" multi channel cable TV, paperback library and VCR. Large glass sliding doors lead directly to the pool and pool deck.
The dining area connects to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, mircowave oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, crockery, cookware and glasses. Local free telephone calls and credit card facilities for international calls,
Master bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, a spacious en-suite bathroom with his and hers wash basins, whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and w.c. equipped with hairdryer. There is an entrance to the pool.
Master bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, a built in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, hand basin and w.c., this also has a hairdryer.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 Both rooms have twin beds , "themed" for boys and girls respectively. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and are serviced by a twin sink bathroom with bath and shower and w.c.
Bedroom 5 is a large room with a rope ladder strung high up across the ceiling with Disney characters climbing across. It has two twin divan beds, a dressing table and a remote control TV.
The screened pool and poolside is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. In the winter months there is an extra charge for pool heating.
Cots and high chairs are available at a small charge. Safety child alarms have been fitted to the patio doors in the lounge and dining area.
Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
The villa is registered with the State authorities and is fully compliant with all relevant legislation; a full smoke and fire detection system is installed and fire extinguishers are on hand. |
