detached two storey villa the rear of which is south facing thereby
affording all day sunshine to the pool and patio area With some 3145 square
feet of living space and 1200 square feet of private screened pool and patio
area. The villa is much larger and better appointed than most properties
offered for holiday rental in the Orlando area. The property is fully air
conditioned throughout and ceiling fans are fitted in the principle rooms to
assist in the circulation of warm or cool air. |
