Lake Berkley is probably the most saught after rental site in Kissimmee. It is a gated community with lavish resort facilities of tennis, volley ball, large communal pool and spa, nad club house with fitness centre. It is situated behind the largest Wall Marts in the world 100 yards from Highway 192 and only 10 minutes drive from Disney.
Yet it is a quiet setting in a copse of woodlands and orange groves where Red deer rome freely in their natural habitat.
The owners were the first to buy on Lake Berkley on so chose the very best lot available. THEY HAVE STRIVED TO MAKE THIS HOME THE VERY BEST AVAILABLE ON THE RESORT.
The home is situated on the corner of a small cul de sac overlooking the largest of the 3 lakes and is the closest home to the small private beach and picnic area. This is the largest size home available on this site and is adjacent to the communal car park so therefor for multie family use parking is not a problem. Street parking is not allowed.
This home has been lovingly furnished, with 2 lounges, formal dining area, informal dining area, 2 master bedrooms one with a king size bed and the second with a queen size bed, and 4 further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. One of the bedrooms has been professionally decorated with hand painted murals of Mickey and Mini at the seaside anther bedroom has been furbished on a teddy bear theme.
There is cable TV in each bedroom plus a TV/VCR in the family room. A DVD player is to be added shortly so please enquire at the time of booking.
The home has been extended into the garage space to provide a magnificent tiled games room with air hockey and pool- proven to be very popular with our clients.
The large pool with extended decking was specially commissioned and has a Jacuzzi plus a second water tub that parents have found very usful for small children. There is ample pool furniture plus an outdoor bar with stools.
