Our villa is luxuriously furnished and situated in an extremely special position on this exclusive development. We have many extra features to ensure that you experience a truly exceptional holiday.
There is a comfortable sitting room with sofas, cable TV with 90+ channels, DVD and patio doors leading to the terrace and extended pool and deck area.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need including a stove, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer. There is also a lovely breakfast table and four chairs which is also great for informal dining.
There is also a formal dining room which comfortably seats 8.
The large private swimmimg pool is south facing, ensuring it catches the sun all day long. Heating is available at an additional charge. The screened deck has also been extended, ensuring there is plenty of room for all guests to enjoy this private outdoor space. There is plenty of sun loungers and the covered patio area has a large table, chairs and a ceiling fan for that al fresco dining experience.
There are 5 spacious bedrooms - 3 doubles and 2 twins.
The main master bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite, cable TV and a private balcony with seating provided.
The second double is situated on the ground floor and also benefits from an ensuite bathroom and cable TV
Bedroom 3 is a comfortable double.
There are a further 2 twin rooms, sleeping 4 people. In one of these is a PS2 with various games.
All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space for all of your requirements.
There is also a full family bathroom on the first floor.
The villa is over 2500sqft of living space and is fully air-conditioned. All bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, telephone ( free local calls, long distance and international calls require prepaid calling card or credit card), hair dryer, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting and pool door alarms are also included.
Inside the huge garage you will also find a selection of bicycles for your personal use during your stay. Why not use them to explore the local area.
