Our beautiful Florida villa is air conditioned throughout and has the added benefit of ceiling fans in main rooms. This is the ideal home for 2 large or even 3 smaller families travelling together, or for extended family groups. For guests’ additional comfort, this is a non-smoking home. Pets are not permitted.
Tuscan Hills is an outstanding new community, and will benefit from a huge selection of facilities, including restaurant, impressive 2700 sq ft clubhouse with fitness room, indoor children’s playroom, large lounge and covered lanai, all overlooking tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden.
The Tuscan Hills community is in an ideal situation on Highway 27, 1 mile from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants. The new (under construction) Posner Mall is also on the 27, and boasts a huge selection of designer outlets and eateries, cinema complex and more.
