Built in 1999 we are starting to rent our immaculate Villa again for the first time since 2002.
There are many extras throughout for example each bedroom has its own TV & ceiling fan.
The pool & Large Lanai are south Facing. The garden is well stocked.
Until 2004 we spent almost 6 months each year in our Florida Home.
The master bedroom has a giggantic en-suite & a screened Balcony which overlooks the lake.
There is an abundance of equipment in terms of kitchen laundry towels hairdryers etc.
