The villa was built and designed by a building company that were used to building $250,000 homes to the highest standard and therefore no expense was spared when designing and erecting this exclusive villa. The standard of furnishings are of the very best Floridian design to ensure the whole decor makes you feel relaxed and comfortable during your stay.
The villa was completed in July 1995 and is fully air conditioned throughout. Our home was fully upgraded in May 2004 to ensure complete satisfaction. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master suite comprises of a king size bed complete with a very spacious en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet and walk in wardrobe housing a private safe.
