The villa has a large living room
and a family room which leads out onto the
pool deck.There is a state of the art kitchen
with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, Fridge
freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal unit,
toaster etc.
There are comfortable couches and armchairs
in the living room and in the family room.The
dining area is situated adjacent to the living
room.The villa has 4 bedrooms.
There is a large
TV and VCR in the family room. The spacious
master bedroom is ensuite and has a 17" TV.
One bedroom has a double bed and there are
two twin bedded rooms. There is a sofa bed
that sleeps 2 in the living room for parties
with more than 8 people.
The Villa is air conditioned throughout. The
floodlight pool deck has a heatable pool and
appropriate pool side furniture.
The garden is landscaped with shrubs
and plants and thereis a sprinkler system
which is pre-set to come on for a few minutes
each day. There are fans located
in the family room and in the dining area.
There is a laundry room with a washing
machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Bed linen, towels and t-towels are provided.
