The villa is luxuriously furnished and is equipped to a high standard offering everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are a total of 5 televisions, one in the lounge area and one in each of the 4 bedrooms all having access to multi-channel cable television. The main living areas have soaring vaulted cathedral ceilings which coupled with a full air conditioning system keeps the villa cool even in the height of summer. The lounge area has floor to ceiling windows which provide access to the covered lanai and large screened sun deck with heated swimming pool all backed by palm trees. superb location just off highway 192, less than 4 miles from Disney. It is virtually on Disney’s doorstep - you just can’t get much closer than this! Many other communities claim to be close to Disney but few are as close as this. Disney is just a 5 minute drive away and with shops, restaurants, supermarket, chemist and walk in medical centre just a 2 minute drive away in the Formosa Gardens shopping plaza on highway 192, the location is just perfect. Having said this the community is a tranquil oasis in which to relax by your private heated pool after an exciting day out visiting the many theme parks or shopping for bargains in the many stores and outlets. Golf courses, including Champions Gate and Reunion are less than 10 minutes away. The community includes children’s play area, tennis courts, football pitch, putting green and jogging path. Our villa is fitted with a monitored Alarm system for your convenience.
