The comfortable Family Room is the ideal place to relax and catch up on your days events, or if you prefer to watch cable TV, Video or DVD, or if you prefer you can spend a quiet moment in our second lounge area.
The bright sunny kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table, breakfast bar and seating. The amenities include oven range, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster and double sink with waste disposal plus many more home comforts for that special evening meal with all your family.
The master bedroom has a Queen Sized bed with large walk-in closets, cable TV and remote control alarm clock. There is also plenty of drawer space. The delightful En-suite has a large walk-in shower and a over-sized roman bath tub with a large double vanity unit with plenty of cupboard space. The en-suite is also complete with hair dryer.
The second double room has a full sized bed, walk in closet, TV, Radio alarm clock.
The Scooby Doo room really is one of the stars of the show! Great for the kids, it also has a walk in closet and is equipped with cable TV.
The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, walk in closet and TV.
The wonderful south facing private pool has a large sun deck for the sun bathers. It also has a large covered patio area with ceiling fan, table, chairs & sun loungers.
The Pool can be heated on request. For quiet evenings by the pool there is a lighting system in and around the pool area, and an electric BBQ on request.
Last but not least, the utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and steam iron. The utility room leads through into the double garage.

Orlando International airport is about 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 75 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. |
