Our executive four bedroom, two bathroom privately owned detached villa, situated within the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf community, is available for rental throughout the year. It is ideally situated 10-15 minutes away from Disney, with Seaworld, Epcot, Universal studios, MGM and numerous other attractions being close.
Our villa has been luxuriously furnished to accommodate up to 10 guests at any time, and enjoys the following facilities:
- En-suite Master bedroom with luxurious King size bed.
- Two further bedrooms with Queen size beds.
- Twin Bedroom.
- 7ft Slate bed Pool Table for your exclusive usage.
- Swimming pool and spa with conservation woodland views.
- The family seating includes a recliner seat and sofa bed.
- 32inch TV, DVD player and Stereo system with a selection of DVD’s, CD’s, board games and books within Family area. Also each bedroom has Cable TV and a DVD player.
- X Box games console and a selection of games.
In addition to the above we also have a spacious kitchen and breakfast nook where all meals can easily be prepared and seating for up to 6 people can be accommodated. Outside in the pool area we have a covered dining/seating area which can comfortably seat a further 6-8 people.
All laundry requirements can be easily accommodated as we have both a washing machine and tumble dryer within the villa.
As a base for golfers it is perfect as it is within a very short distance from the clubhouse and first tee of the Highlands Reserve golf course, and if you are after a little variety then you are only a short drive from a number of excellent courses in the surrounding area.
The Highlands reserve golf course was designed by Michael Dasher in 1998, and measures in at 6673 yards, and carries a course / slope rating of 72.1 / 118. The golf here is excellent and with the villa being based within the golf community, you are ideally situated for a golfing holiday. The Highlands Reserve community also has a large communal swimming pool, Tennis courts and a children’s playground. Other local amenities include a supermarket and local shops all within walking distance.
Florida has excellent weather all year round, with cheaper flights from the UK generally being available within the mid-low season between November – March.
All rental rates indicated below are inclusive of Florida taxes, and are based upon a seven night stay. Prices for all lengths of stay can be calculated upon request.
Payment can be made by personal cheque or credit card, and reservations will be confirmed once a non refundable deposit for 30% of the full cost of the holiday has been received. Full payment is required at least 10 weeks prior to commencement of your stay with us.
