A spacious family room includes a dining area for those more formal occasions, and French doors leading to the pool deck. There is a well equipped fitted kitchen and breakfast nook, and full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility room. All cutlery, crockery, linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
there is a Games Room well equiped with Pool Table, Air Hockey,Foosball and Dart Board. Ceiling fans have been fitted to all bedrooms, lounge and Games Room.
The villa has a fully screened pool, fenced and private, with large sundeck, and covered lanai, which is ideal for escaping the midday sun or for al fresco dining.
