Welcome to our beautiful new, four-bedroom/two-bathroom home. Special features include an extra large south/west facing pool with an alfresco dinning area and generous pool deck. Our home is located on Greater Groves an executive neighbourhood, which is located 8 miles from Disney World main gates. At Greater Groves there are many facilities including a large community pool, tennis, basket ball & volley ball courts. Our home has a large family room which has three luxury sofas for you to sink into and relax. Once comfortable you can relax & watch the 31inch cable tv. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, luxury furnishings, cable tv and french doors which open out to the large pool. The master bathroom is ensuite with his & hers vanity sinks, a tub, toilet and walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom with tub, shower, toilet & vanity sink. Two additional bedrooms have twinbeds. The large fully equipped kitchen overlooks the family room & has every appliance you could possibly need. The laundry room has a full size washer & dryer.
