A beautiful new air conditioned villa with southeastern exposure for lots of sun. Includes fully equipped centrally located kitchen, two cable TVs, two car garage, barbecue, lanai, pool, and waterways.
The Master Suite is spacious with king-size bed and it has a large private adjoining bathroom with shower and tub. Two comfortable guest bedrooms (one Queen and one with twin beds) are located on the other side of the villa along with a separate bath.
Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the lanai and pool from the leisure room, living room and master suite. Patio furniture is located on the lanai for lounging or having meals out of doors. The lanai and pools areas are fully enclosed by screens to keep any pesty bugs away. A private dock is located at the rear of the villa for sitting, fishing, or boating. Marco Island is located 19 miles from Naples on the west coast of Florida. Three major airports serve the area; Ft. Myers (RSW) 60 minutes to the north, Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami (MIA) located 2 hours to the east. Marco is an upscale resort as is Naples. The crescent shaped sugar white sand beach is a pleasure to walk or catch the sun. Parasailing, water sports, shelling, and swimming are available at the beach. Two golf courses are located on the island and many more along the connecting roads and in Naples. Tennis and shuffleboard is available at the parks and recreation facilities. Fishing is available on charter boats or along the waterways. Shopping in Marco is a pleasure with exclusive clothing and gift shops as well as more simple fare. Many delightful restaurants are available on the island and surrounding communities. |
