Our villa is very spacious, almost 16000sq ft, luxuriously furnished and fully eqquipped to a high standard, air conditioned and has it's own screened and heated, (optional), 13ft x 26ft pool.
The villa consists of the following: Master Bedroom ~ Double bed with walkin closet, cable TV and en-suite bathroom with access to the pool area. Second Bedroom ~ Double bed.
Third Bedroom ~ Two twin beds.
Dining Area ~ Foraml seating area for upto 6 people.
Living Area ~ Quiet relaxing seating area with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed.
Family Area ~ Cable TV, DVD/CD Player with two sofas. Access to pool area. Kitchen ~ Fully equipped with all you need to create a perfect meal, Cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Fridge/Freezer, Waste Disposal Unit and Dishwasher.
Breakfast Nook ~ Seating area for upto 4 people.
Laundry Area ~ Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Double Garage.
Pool Area ~ Fully screened with large sundeck, furnished with table and chairs, sunloungers and BBQ. Also can be screened off for guests with young children.
Baby/Child Facilities ~ Travel Crib, Highchair, Bed Guard, Microwave Bottle Steralizer and a selection of Toys and Books.
All linen and Towels area provided. For safety, all doors leading to the pool area area alarmed, we do ask all guest with young children to keep these on at all times. Within the grounds of Hampton Lakes there is basketball, sand volleyball and tennis courts, communal pool and two childrens play areas, all available for you to use free of charge. Hampton Lakes is located on the US27, just minutes from the 192 highway where you will find an array of shops, supermarkets, restaurant and nightlife.
The villa is available, subject to availability, 52 weeks a year, there is no min or max length of stay.
The prices quoted are per week for the villa, with upto 8 people + infant (under 2 yrs) staying.
There is an additional charge for pool heating of £11.00/$18.00 per night, this is highly recommended in the winter months.
A security deposit of £100.00/$150.00 is also required upon arrival, payable direct to our management company, this will be returned to you within 28 days of your departure as long as there is no damage to the property.
